Looks amazing, only downside is it doesnt roll. It would otherwise be perfect.
1. Intuitive shopping experience. They are always pushing new updates to the website. Would love to see this can be turned into a collectible platform of some sort.
2. Chris takes care of his customers all the time. He responds all the time quickly and HONESTY is his biggest trait.
3. Packaging and shipping top notch. With a personal touch on a receipt is a chefs kiss.
I recently had an incident. The USPS messed up my delivery and the item went to someone’s home. I reached out to Chris and he sent me a replacement no question asked.
I was torn to ask for a replacement . But this is my fav black Lambo and wouldn’t wanted to miss it. Very very happy I got the replacement.
The only thing that could be somehow improved is the preorder shipping fee for each time when it is in stock. May be they can add build a box feature and somehow ship it when the bulk is in the box. I am sure this is being worked on.
