My son and I have been collecting model cars for a couple of years now, and I ordered from Downskale for the first time last month, and man, Chris has been outstanding. I'm used to people dragging their foot and taking sometimes months to fulfil orders, and in the end, it kind of doesn't really matter, they're model cars and they get here eventually, but its so refreshing to actually be able to communicate with someone who cares.
