ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email containing your order details within minutes. Most orders are processed and shipped the same day, but please allow up to 3 days during seasonal periods of higher volume.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

We use a flat rate shipping fee for both Domestic and International shipments to reduce costs based on the total order value. for orders under $50, this amount will be automatically calculated for you at checkout upon entering your shipping address. Domestic orders over $50 will ship free of charge for items currently in stock. We do not offer free shipping for International orders at this time.

Preorder items are not eligible for the free shipping policy, due to the fact that we ship preorder items ASAP on arrival. For this reason, we incur multiple shipping charges on the same order. To balance these costs, we charge a nominal $3 shipping fee for each preorder item sent. This doesn't cover the full cost of shipping, but ensure that we're able to remain a sustainable diecast partner in the market while getting customers their orders ASAP.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING CARRIERS

As both a USPS and UPS partner, we're able to offer heavily discounted shipping rates. These carriers and rate options are both accessible to choose from at the time of checkout depending on your personal preference.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Downskale LLC is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
