Thank you for shopping at Downskale. If for whatever reason you aren't satisfied with your experience with us or the items you received, you may be eligible for a refund. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with us.
Conditions for Returns
In order for items to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The product(s) were purchased in the last 7 days.
The product(s) are in the original packaging.
The products were not sale items and were originally purchased at MSRP.
The following product(s) cannot be returned:
Items outside of their original packaging or that have been opened or tampered with.
Items marked as sale items at the time of purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.
Damaged or Missing Items
We understand that issues can sometimes arise during the shipping process. All outbound shipments pass quality inspection at the time of order processing. If for any reason your items arrive in a damaged condition, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via the contact information below and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the product(s) safely to us.
We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the items or proof of received return delivery.
